STEP 1 : Call for bids
- Screen the event agencies and their proposals.
STEP 2 : Analyse and negotiate budget proposals
- Negotiate the estimate with the agency chosen (agency fees, event design, production staff, staging and technical expenses, etc.)
STEP 3 : Determine operational strategy
- Recommend the equipment most appropriate for the event (camcorder for taping, video projector, lighting, etc.).
- Recommend emcees and negotiate with the ones suggested by the agency.
STEP 4 : Reporting
- Post-event evaluation.
